Sorry I've been away for a while! Just in case you're checking in, I have 2 beautiful Nubian doe kids born 5 weeks ago looking for new homes! 1 is a beautiful black girl with roaned tail and highlights on her body, another is a sweet brown girl with light colored 'socks'. The black girl with silver ears is G6S Normal; the brown girl is either Normal or Carrier, and we'll be drawing blood to send off tomorrow to find out which she is - either way, she won't be affected by G6S so that's great! Their sire is Wyatt, a very handsome black and tan buck from the Ober'd-Rainbow herd in the lower-48 (both dams are from there also). The black doe kid is out of Jewel who milked 7.8 pounds on her first test - the brown girl is out of Zasia who milked 8.1 on her first test! 8 pounds is a gallon of milk a day - very nice! Whole herd tested negative January 2011, CAE, CL, and Johnes. $450 each.
